Way to Heaven & Way in the Desert (II)
- The kingdom of heaven will be revealed through God's word, not our own thoughts.
The way to heaven and the way in the desert are connected through the reality of shadows. Throughout the 40 years of history, we can learn lessons from the desert, understanding that we cannot enter the kingdom of heaven by disobeying God's word or through blame and complaint. Placing my own thoughts above God's greatest commands will only lead to resentment and disobedience.
- Measuring faith through the obedience
In the Age of the Father, Noah and Abraham followed the word of Jehovah. In the Age of the Son, Peter and other disciples followed the word of Jesus. In the present day, we are called to obey the words of God the Holy Spirit Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother, who have come as saviors in the Age of the Holy Spirit. By doing so, we can enter the eternal kingdom of heaven.
[Hebrews 3:18] And to whom did God swear that they would never enter his rest if not to those who disobeyed?

I must know what the true will of God is and not insist on my own thoughts.
Right. We are just living in a three-dimensional world. God leads the whole universe, living in a much higher dimensional world. knows everything about our past, present, and future. It's natural for us to obey God's words. But, sometimes we prior our thoughts than God's commandment. That moment is the time to study and remind the words of God.
The life in desert of Israel foreshadows the life of faith in our time. Not many could enter Canaan among those who started journey. They got destroyed in the desert. Some complained, other committed adultery, and still others disobeyed the laws of God. As inward Israel, we are going through the same journey of troubles on this earth. We must not do like that. We have to overcome the hardships with faith in God.
