How to distinguish the false prophets from the true prophets?
It's prophesied that many false prophets will appear in this age. We must be careful not to be misled by the false prophets. How can we distinguish true prophets from false ones?
False prophets mislead people with rules taught by men. Man-made rules include Sunday service, Christmas and Thanksgiving day. For example, Christmas originated from a Roman festival celebrating the birth of the sun-god, Mithra.
Therefore, the prophets who teach Sunday service, Christmas or Thanksgiving day are false ones.
We must not be deceived by such false prophets. Instead, you can meet true prophets in Zion where God's feasts are celebrated. God's feasts refer to those of the new covenant including the Sabbath day and the Passover. False prophets teach us man-made rules such as Sunday worship, Christmas,....
Many people think that the symbol of the church is a cross, and Sunday worship is becoming more common. But Jesus did not tell us to put the cross in the church, nor did he tell us to keep Sunday worship. Jesus, who came 2,000 years ago, showed the example of observing the Sabbath, the example of observing the Passover, and taught us towel regulations and the 10 comandmant. God's church is the only church that does everything right as taught. The Church of God is a church built by God and join by God.
The last Reformation WMSCOG does! Restoring the church, which is tattered with the sun god, to God's truth.
Even words that sweeten the ears are all man-made rules, unless God has spoken them.
False prophets abandon the truth of God and teach the man-made rules.
We must know the identity of the false prophet right away and defeat it.
Jesus taught that we can know the tree through the fruits it bears. Good trees bears good fruits and the bad ones bad fruits. Likewise, we can know the true prophets and false prophets through their deeds. Those who obey the laws of God are good prophets. And those who practice lawlessness are the false ones. Let us keep the laws of God.
