In the time of the early church, there was a man named Zacchaeus, a chief tax collector.

He heard that Jesus was passing through his town.

Since there were so many people crowding around to see Jesus, Zacchaeus couldn't see Jesus 

because he was short.

In order to see Jesus, He climed up a sycamore-fig tree.

Jesus saw him as He passed by and told him to come down.

Jesus said, "I must stay at your house today."

Zacchaeus didn't know what to do as he was overwhelmed with joy.

So, he said, "Lord, if I have cheated anybody out of anything, 

I will pay back four times the amount."

"Here and now, I give haalf of mypossessions to the poor if it is for You"

He received Jesus with this kind of heart.
