The Feast of Trumpets

During the time of Moses, God wanted to give the Ten Commandments to the Israelites. However, on the way down from Mount Sinai, Moses destroyed the golden calf due to the Israelites' idolatry.

After that, the Israelites cleared up the complex and confusing issues caused by idolatry and confessed to God and repented.

On the 1st day of the 6th month of the sacred calendar, Moses went up Mount Sinai to receive the Ten Commandments for the second time and fasted for 40 days, just like the first time. On the 10th day of the 7th month according to the sacred calendar, God designated the Day of Atonement, the day on which the second Ten Commandments were received and handed down, and the day on which atonement was received. 10 days before the Day of Atonement, on the 1st day of the 7th month of the sacred calendar, is the Feast of Trumpets, a time of repentance and a day to commemorate by blowing the trumpet of repentance as a period of preparation for the forgiveness of sins.

The trumpet is an instrument that adds power and vitality to the melody. It is used for a variety of purposes, including the sound of a trumpet announcing the morning and an alarm announcing war. The Feast of Trumpets was used to announce the coming Day of Atonement and call people to repentance.

We are sinners. We must completely repent of the sins we committed in heaven, the sins we committed on this earth, the sins we remember, and the sins we do not remember. Through the Feast of Trumpets, we must pray for repentance and confess so that we can return to heaven where our heavenly parents reside.

We must prepare for the Day of Atonement through the Feast of Trumpets, which falls on the 1st of the 7th month of the sacred calendar, and confess all our sins to receive grace from God.
