Jer 31:21-22 …The LORD will create a new thing on earth-- a woman will surround a man."

Jer 31:31-34 "The time is coming," declares the LORD, "when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah….”This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time," declares the LORD. "I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people. No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD,' because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest," declares the LORD. "For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more."

Jeremiah 31:22 states that a new thing is that a woman surrounds a man. And in the verse 31, the new thing is described as the making of a new covenant. When physically interpreted, a woman’s surrounding man is not a new thing at all. Let’s consider it spiritually. The women(Eve) was a part of the man(Adam), for she was formed from his rib. If God had not taken one of the man’s ribs and not made the woman from it, how would the woman , who was within the body of the man, surround him? So The new thing means an unprecedented thing - the appearing of Mother who has resided within God the Father. 

 In the book of Galatians we see that Sarah represents the new covenant and our Mother

Gal 4:21-26 These things may be taken figuratively, for the women represent two covenants. …Now Hagar stands for Mount Sinai in Arabia and corresponds to the present city of Jerusalem, because she is in slavery with her children. But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother.

Through the new covenant we’ve found the existence of our Mother.
