Those Who Are To Be Destroyed
The bible prophesies that everything on this earth will be destroyed by fire on the Day of the Judgment.
Isaiah 66:15 See, the Lord is coming with fire, and his chariots are like a whirlwind; he will bring down his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire. 16 For with fire and with his sword the Lord will execute judgment on all people, and many will be those slain by the Lord.
On that day, people will be separated into two groups: one for salvation and one for destruction. Everyone wants to be in the group of people who are to be saved.
Then who are the ones to be saved on the day? And who are the ones to be destroyed? The bible teaches us about the characteristics of people in each group. Let us find out about the people who are to be destroyed by fire.
Malachi 4:1 “Surely the day is coming; it will burn like a furnace. All the arrogant and every evildoer will be stubble, and the day that is coming will set them on fire,” says the Lord Almighty. “Not a root or a branch will be left to them.
The bible describes those who are to be consumed with fire as the arrogant and evildoers. Arrogant people do not listen to others and do not follow the opinions of other people even though it may seem more reasonable than they are planning to do. Spiritually, they are those who do not obey the commands of God, but following their own stubbornness even though it is the way of death.
Then who are the evildoers? What kind of people are considered as evildoers in the bible? What kind of evil things they do? The bible teaches the evildoers are those who practice lawlessness. It means those who do not obey the laws of God are considered as evildoers.
God gave us laws and commands for our salvation. Even though we may not know or clearly understand the reason we should keep the commands for, God who is omniscient has perfect reasons for the commands. And God gives the commands for our benefits all the time. We should not be arrogant or practice the lawlessness. Rather, we have to obey the commands of God with a thankful mind.

We always hope to receive the blessings granted by God and go to eternal heaven.
Then, shouldn’t we naturally keep God’s law?
What happens if you say you keep the word of God but keep other laws?
It is said that God covers them with wisdom and intelligence. So how can we gain spiritual wisdom and discernment?
In order to know that, we must know the feasts God has established, and we must do and follow all the words of the Bible.
Many Christians who believe in God think that they can be saved just by believing in God, and do not attach much importance to keeping God's commandments and often do not keep God's commandments.
But can you really be saved just by believing in God?
The Bible clearly shows how important God's commandments are to believers who will be saved.
Works are as important as faith when it comes to salvation.
Among the ancestors of faith, there is no one who only had faith and did nothing.
Noah, the father of faith, obeyed the word of God and built an ark. Abraham, the father of faith, also obeyed the word of God and left his hometown and headed to another place. Moses also believed the word of God and kept the Passover.
Those who will be saved at the final judgment are those who keep God's commandments. You can reach heaven only by believing in Heavenly Father Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother, the saviors of this era, as God, and by keeping God’s laws.
