Sabbath Day the Anniversary of the Creator

In the beginning, God created heaven and earth in six days and rested on the seventh day. Sabbath means resting comfortably. God commanded us to commemorate the seventh day and keep it holy. He promised blessing and holiness to those who observe the seventh day. The Sabbath is a day to commemorate the power of the Creator. Those who keep the Sabbath receive the mark of being the people of God the Creator. Those who do not keep the Sabbath are not God's people.

What should we do to properly believe in God the Creator? Because there are many gods in this world, even countless people who confidently tell us to believe in God are unconsciously doing the act of believing in other gods (false gods, such as the sun god, for example). In order not to commit such an evil, we only need to properly observe the Sabbath, which is most basically the anniversary of the Creator. God, who created all things in heaven and earth for six days, made the day holy by resting on the seventh day, and promised to remember the Sabbath and bless those who keep it holy. Therefore, members of the Church of God who believe in God the Creator worship on the seventh Sabbath, or Saturday.
