The children of God obey God's commandments and laws.
Only the people of God, who have been forgiven for their sins through the Passover, can obtain citizenship and be saved in heaven. The members of the Church of God observe the Passover according to God's word and observe all the laws of the New Covenant ordered by Jesus 2,000 years ago. This is because in this age, Christ AhnSahnghong came and restored the New Covenant. No matter how much you boast about believing in God and call for God with your lips, those who do not keep the New Covenant cannot become God's people and their faith is vague.

Also, the reason why God granted the Second Passover for those who were unable to keep it at the appointed time is because the Passover is a very important feast that distinguishes God’s true people.

"Have the Israelites celebrate the Passover at the appointed time. Celebrate it at the appointed time, at twilight on the fourteenth day of this month, in accordance with all its rules and regulations."......But if a man who is ceremonially clean and not on a journey fails to celebrate the Passover, that person must be cut off from his people because he did not present the LORD's offering at the appointed time. That man will bear the consequences of his sin. <Numbers 9:2-13>
