God commanded to keep the Sabbath day holy and appointed it as the fourth of the Ten Commandments.

“Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.”
Exodus 20:8

The Sabbath day is a memorial of God’s great work of creating the heavens and the earth.
The people of God must obey the will of God and observe the Sabbath. God distinguishes between those who observe the Sabbath and those who do not. So what day is the Sabbath on the seventh day?
The Bible proves that the Sabbath is Saturday. This becomes clear when you check which day Jesus was resurrected.

When Jesus rose early on the first day of the week (Sunday, TEV)…
Mark 16:9

Christians all over the world celebrate Jesus' resurrection on the first day of the week, Sunday. Since the first day of the week is Sunday, the seventh Sabbath is undoubtedly Saturday.

Jesus observed the Sabbath on Saturday as a rule.

"He [Jesus] went to Nazareth, where he had been brought up, and on the Sabbath day he went into the synagogue, as was his custom…."
Luke 4:16

The apostles who followed Jesus' example also worshiped God on the Sabbath Saturday.

As his custom was, Paul went into the synagogue, and on three Sabbath days he reasoned with them from the Scriptures….
Acts 17:2

As the years passed, churches in the West began to insist on Sunday worship, which were eventually established under the edict of Roman Emperor Constantine in AD321. The law of God disappeared by the political power of the Roman emperor. As a result, most churches today worship on Sunday.

However, the Church of God, established by Christ Ahnsahnghong, keeps the Sabbath day on Saturday, which is the law of God. The law of Jesus, the Sabbath, is engraved on the hearts of the members of the Church of God.
