When I was in middle school, I went to Catholic middle school.
Some of my teachers were the nuns and the priests
and they urged me to paint and draw the pictures on the eggs.

At first, I didn’t know why they made me do that
and what was the meaning of the painting and pictures on the eggs that I painted.

Later I got to know that the day when I handed in the colored eggs
was the Resurrection Day in a way of Catholic church.
I thought that the painted eggs were needed on the Resurrection Day
to be presented according to the Bible.

However after I started attending the Church of God and studied the Bible,
I learned that God Elohim have never taught us to bring the eggs
on the Resurrection Day, even the painted eggs.
It is just a men’s rule as well as a man-made instruction.

In the Early Church, the apostles commemorated the Day
when Christ Jesus resurrected from the dead as the firstfruit.
As God said, its time when we need to return to God Elohim with the first love,
built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets.

Eph 2:19~20 Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God's people and members of God's household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone.

No matter how many eggs God receives, He will never be pleased.
Rather, He will be enraged in those who offer the colored eggs
on the Resurrection Day based on the paganism.

On the contrary, God Elohim will be pleased with those who worship in spirit and truth
following the teachings and commands of our Heavenly Parents.
