Christians want to receive the holy spirit. So churches often have revivals to receive the holy spirit. Then they say that it is the evidence that when they glossolalia.
However it is not evidence that they received the holy spirit.
We can't receive the holy spirit through revivals.
The Bible says that we can receive the holy spirit when we keep the day of Pentecost.
Ac 2:1~4 - When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.
When apostles kept the day of Pentecost, they received the holy spirit. So three thousand were baptized.
Ac 2:38 - Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.
Speaking in tongue is not glossolalia. When they spoke in own language, people understood it so they realized truth in their own language and were baptized.
We can receive the holy spirit through the day of Pentecost. Let's keep the day of Pentecost together.

Amen! the Day of Pentecost is the day when God promised the Holy Spirit. so whoever keeps the day of Pentecost can receive the abilities of the Holy Spirit from God.
Amen! God bless you. Only WMSCOG[World Mission Society Church of God] keeps the Day of Pentecost which was celebrated by the Early Church. So the members of the Church of God can receive the Holy Spirit. God promised that when we keep the Day of Pentecost He will lavish on us with His blessing. The Bible says that the Early Church kept the day of Pentecost. By keeping it, they could get the holy spirit and led so many people to the way to salvation. Like the Early Church, let's keep the day of Pentecost in WMSCOG.
