To live a long life is perhaps the greatest desire of the human heart throughout all ages and countries. Everyone wants to live long. Life is precious to everyone. The Bible says that a living man is a combination of the body and the spirit.
As we are think life is precious, our spiritual life also precious. Where can we find eternal life and how can we get it? Now we have to realize that we can find the way to eternal life only through the teaching of God, who created life, not through human menthod. The Passover is a commandment that God has established to give eternal life to us.

Jn6:53-54 Jesus said to them, “I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.”

Lk22:7-8 “Go and make preparations for us to eat the Passover.”

Lk22:19-20 And he took bread...”This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.”...”This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.”

Jesus has said that whoever eats Him, the immortal being, can live forever, and that the Passover of the new covenant established on this earth is the way to eat His flesh and drink His blood for eternal life. Therefore, the Passover of the new covenant is a sacred command that whoever longs for eternal life must keep.
