Through the history of the Garden of Eden, a parable recorded in the Bible, we can learn how to receive eternal life.
The Bible records that there was a tree of life and a tree of good and evil in the Garden of Eden, and Adam and Eve, who sinned by eating the tree of good and evil, could no longer eat the tree of life and were driven to this land. The Bible tells mankind that death began with the history of the parable between Adam and Eve, and it also tells us that even after committing a sin, we can live eternally if we eat only the tree of life.

Genesis 3:22 And the Lord God said, “The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand his and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.” So the Lord God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken. After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.

It means that our humanity, who is bound to die, can become a body of eternal life by eating only the tree of life.
Then, what is the tree of life in the Garden of Eden in the parable?

Jesus revealed the reality of the tree of life recorded in a parable.

John 6:54 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them.

Jesus said that those who eat and drink his flesh and blood can have eternal life, meaning that they ate the tree of life in the Garden of Eden.
If so, it means that the flesh and blood of Jesus are the trees of life in the Garden of Eden.

So, how can you eat the flesh and blood of Jesus?

That is to keep the Passover of the New Covenant.

Matthew 26:26 While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this is my body.” Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the[b] covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.

The Passover of the New Covenant, which Jesus established as the last will before his sacrifice by hanging on the cross, is a sign of God's love for us to eat the tree of life in the Garden of Eden.

I'm grateful for the love and grace of our Heavenly Father and Mother who sacrificed our Heavenly Father and Mother for our eternal life and salvation, and we must become children of God who keep the Passover of the New Covenant until the end of the world.
