God's words are absolute for the saints who believe in God and hope for heaven.
The same goes for what God said about food. God's people can be blessed and be saved only when they obey God's words given in the age they live in.
God gave us a different command about food in each age.

Genesis 1:29
Then God said, " I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food."

In the Garden of Eden, eating vegetables was obeying God's words

Genesis 9:3
"Everything that lives and moves will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything."

After the flood, God spoke these words to Noah. If so, form then on, eating meat together with vegetables was obeying God.
God made a different regulation about food at the time of Moses.

Leviticus 11:1~3
The LORD said to Moses and Aaron, "Say to the Israelites:'Of all the animals that live on land, these are the ones you may eat: You may eat any animal that has a split hoof completely divided and that chews the cud.'"

At the time of Moses, animals were divided into clean animals and unclean animals. God told His people to eat only clean animals.
In this age, eating only clean animals, not unclean animals was obeying God's words.
God, who had given a different regulation about food in each age, gave another regulation in the New Testament times.

Acts 15:29
You are to abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from sexual immorality. You will do well to avoid these things. Farewell.

In our age, God allowed us to eat everything except food sacrificed to idols, blood and the meat of strangled animals.
Then, we, who are longing for heaven, should obey this word.
Like this, for the same food, at some times God told us to eat, and at other times He told us not to eat.
In order to be saved and go to heaven, we must not add to or subtract from the words of God.
Let us absolutely obey the words God has given us in our age to be saved.
