In the one of the parables in the bible, God teaches that we received talents from God. When God gave us talents, he expects us to work with the talents to gain more. In the parable, those who work with the talents are complimented by God as good servant and he will receive still more blessings from God. But those who hid the talents they received and did nothing was rebuked as evil and lazy servant and they will be punished by God.
What is the meaning of the parable? “Talent” originally was a currency which was equivalent to 6000 denarii. Since one denarii is a day’s wage, to gather 6000 denarii it would take more than 16 years. Today’s daily wage in Korea varies, but since the minimum wage per hour is about 9000 won in 2022. If you work 8 hours a day, you can earn about 72,000 won a day. Therefore, one talent in today’s currency in Korea is equivalent to 432,000,000 won.
This number is the smallest amount of a talent calculated by the daily wage of a worker in Korea. Since the average daily wage is 100,000 won, actually one talent amounts to 600,000,000 won. (Approximately, it is 500,000 US dollars.) Any way it is a huge amount of money. The bible says that we are given talents by God. Some received one, another five, and still other 10 talents. And God expects us to work with the talent given to us and gain more profit.
Today’s dictionary defines talent as “a special natural ability or aptitude”. It means God gave each of us a great ability for something. And with the skill or competence we have to work to gain more. Then what should we work for? As we already know, we have to work for gospel to deliver the message of God to the people of the world. Paul says clearly when he wrote to Timothy: “Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction.”
God endowed each of us with unimaginable capability. We are like super heroes in the movies. Just think about the value of one talent. That much power was given to us. Now with faith in the word of God let us preach the words of God. God is with us and helps us. Let us complete the mission given to us and we will be able to receive more blessings from God as God’s good servants.

According to the Bible, we're living the age of the Holy Spirit and the kingdom of heaven is near at hand. The Spirit and the Bride have come and the water of life is flowing out of Them.
Whoever comes to Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother is to be guaranteed for the kingdom of heaven. But, we have to remember that we're still living on earth, preparing for the heavenly kingdom. God has asked us to be good gospel workers of the new covenant. The heavenly kingdom will be opened only to those who were so faithful to their mission as gospel workers. And, this is why we have to preach the gospel in season and out of season.
God allows us to receive the forgiveness of sins through his great love and sacrifice. We are sinners who are destined to die as a person who owed him ten thousand talen. We have to preach the gospel as God's heir for the glory of God.
I am grateful to God the Father and God the Mother for enlightening me through the Parable of the Talents. God has blessed us all with talents. God wants us to work hard for spiritual work with the talents we have received from God. In this last age of the Holy Spirit, we are blessed as children of God the Father and Mother, who are Elohim, and are called to be workers of the New Covenant. In the Parable of the Talents, those who left more talents by trading diligently with the talents they received according to the command of the master were blessed. We too, in response to God's call, must diligently preach the gospel of the New Covenant and lead many souls to the path of salvation so that we can receive blessings from God the Father and God the Mother.
God gives us talents.
We should use ability, talents.
Amen! believing that we have already received power from God, Let us preach the gospel diligently!
Yes, all we have received talents from God. Then what should we do with the talents? We have to find our lost brothers and sisters who have scatter to the whole world. This is the reason why God gave us the talents. Let's find our heavenly brothers and sister so that we can please our God the Father and God the Mother!
I give eternal thanks and praise to Father Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother for giving me mission of Gospel and power and strength so that I can walk the path of Gospel which God the Father and God the Mother walked.
The Bible teaches us the fact that we have received talents from God, and God said to become your witness and to preach the gospel to the whole world.
I give thanks and glory to Elohim God for giving me the chance to become God's witness as the children of God.
We are lacking, but we can do everything through Elohim God who give us ability and strength.
We should realize that our talents are given by God. And we have to use our talents for gospel of God. I give thanks God who gave me talents and make me a minister of the gospel.
