We, human beings, do not know what will happen even one second from now. Indeed, we do not know what is coming up ahead. However, our almighty God Ahnsahnghong knows everything and He is the One who sees the end from the beginning. And God who leads us to the Kingdom of heaven made a plan of salvation and is carrying it out.

The Bible recorded God’s plan of salvation and precisely prophesies about the things that will take place.

2Pt 1:19-21 We also have the prophetic message as something completely reliable, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation of things. For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

Here, what kind of book is the Bible? The Bible is the book of prophecies. It’s the word of the prophets made more certain. Since God’s prophecies written in the Bible are definitely fulfilled, Apostle Peter told us to pay attention to the absolute prophecies of the Bible. Therefore, we must not despise them but press on to know them. When we know the prophecies of God, we can keep in step with God’s work of redemption.
