When speaking to the crowd, Jesus used the parables. Why? It’s because that only God can reveal secrets hidden in the parables correctly to get the way to the salvation of our souls and to realize Christ, who has the authority to give eternal life, coming in the flesh.

Mt 16: 13-20
When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people says the Son of Man is?” They replied,” Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah,; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets. “But what about you?” he asked. “Who you say I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Christ,” the Son
of the living God.”

Jesus asked His disciples about Him, saying “Who is the Son of Man?” No one gave the answer to the question about who the Son of Man is, but only Peter realized that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God. Then, what is the reason that Peter gave the correct answer to that question?

Jh 6:66-69
From this time many of his disciples turned back and no longer followed him. “You do not want to leave too, do you? Jesus asked the Twelve. Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. We believe and know that you are the Holy one of God.

When Jesus said that He is the bread of life that came down from heaven, Jews did not understand what Jesus said, so that they began to grumble about Jesus, and so many disciples, who followed Jesus, too, turned back from Him. However, only twelve including Peter realized that Jesus has eternal life, so that they did not leave Jesus. Then, let’s think of eternal life that Jesus has.

Jh 6: 53-58
Jesus said to them, “I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last dayj. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. Who-ever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him. Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me. This is the bread that came down from heaven. Your forefathers ate manna and died, but he who feeds on this bread will live forever.

Jesus teaches us how to get eternal life. Jesus says that whoever eats His flesh and drinks His blood can have eternal life. To receive eternal life, we should eat His flesh and drink His blood. Then, how can we do to eat His flesh and to drink His blood?

Lk 22: 19-20
And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.” In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.

This is the scene that Jesus established the Passover of the new covenant and kept it with disciples (Lk22:7-8). Jesus says that the Passover of bread is His flesh, and the Passover of wine is His blood. Here, we can understand that the Passover is the ceremony to eat His flesh and to drink His blood. Then, whoever keeps the Passover can have eternal life. Sadly, the Passover was abolished AD 325. Since then, the Passover has completely been secreted hidden for about 1600 years. However, The Bible prophesied that He would come again in the flesh to bring salvation for us.

Heb 9: 27-28
Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.

The Bible prophesied that Christ would appear a second time, which means the Second Coming Christ would come in the flesh like the First Coming. Then, what is the purpose of His coming a second time? God coming again to the earth will lead us to the way to eternal life. Therefore, The Second Coming must bring back the Passover to give eternal life to us. According to the prophecy of the book of Hebrews chapter9 verse 27, Christ Ahnsahnghong came down to restore the Passover abolished for long years and allow us eternal life. Now, thanks to Christ Ahnsahnghong, those who keep the Passover can get eternal life and go back to heaven. We’re so blessed to have eternal life through the Passover restored by sacrifice of Christ Ahnsahonghong. Let’s preach the great love of Christ Ahnsahnghong and the Passover.
