We are living in the last age of the Holy Spirit. The Bible prophesies that the Spirit and the Bride will call all people to give the water of life. Just as we honor our physical fathers, we must also honor our spiritual fathers. The physical father is a model that represents the existence of the spiritual father. It's a shadow. Spiritual Father means God. If there is a father and children, there must be a mother in the family. Without a mother there are no children, and without children there is no father. Father's title is what you can call when your mother is around.
