God commanded not to make an idol in the form of anything(Ex 20:4~5). With regard this, did God say that the cross is an exception when giving the Ten Commandments? Never did He say that. Rather, God repeatedly commanded not to make idols or set up an image(Lev 26:1). He said the man who carves an image or casts an idol or sets it up in secret would be cursed(Dt 27:15). In fact, idols are detestable to God. Then, how about the cross? The answer is so obvious.

That's right!! The Cross is just an idol. So Thereis not an idol in WMSCOG(World Mission Society Church of God).
No excuse, no exception. There was no other words of God which the cross was O,K. So the cross also the idol.
If we do not correctly know the existence of God, we will mistakenly believe that a god other than God is God and worship other gods.
Therefore, we must correctly know the existence of God. Then how can we know for sure that God exists??!!
It is through the Bible!!
The Bible says that worshiping idols is cursed. I need to believe in God correctly!

God commanded that "Do not make an idol in the form of anything". Therefore, no matter what the excuse is, the cross is just a man-made idol. Let's become the children of God who can be saved by obeying God's word that does not make the cross or set up it.
The cross is merely an idol that God forbade anyone to make. It cannot be rationalized with the excuse that it is a symbol of the church. Cross-Reverence Is Idolatry!
Salvation is granted when we obey God's Word. God's will for the saints who believe in God is not to build any image. We must keep in mind that making and erecting the shape of the cross is an act of disobeying God's will.

That's why the World Mission Society Church of God does not erect a cross. It is because the Church of God is based only on the Words of God and is a church that follows the Bible. Since God has clearly said that the cross is an idol, we must never put the cross inside church or on the top of church.
