As Jesus approached Jerusalem with His disciples, He sent two of them on ahead.

In order to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet, Jesus told them to bring a colt to Him. When they threw their cloaks over the colt, Jesus sat on it.

Many people spread their cloaks on the road, while others spread branches they had cut in the fields. Those who went ahead and those who followed were shouting:

“Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!”

When Jesus entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred.

The crowd shouted praises to Jesus, “Hosanna!” Hosanna is a word used to express praise or adoration to God, meaning, “Save, I pray or Save now!” The reason they welcomed Jesus so ardently was because they heard the news about Jesus calling Lazarus from the tomb and raising him from the dead (Jn 12:17–18).

Jesus, who raised Lazarus from the dead 2,000 years ago, has come again to do something even more amazing; He has restored the Passover of the new covenant—the secret to eternal life. Today, we’ve heard the good news about the Savior who has come according to the prophecies of the Bible. Now it’s our turn to shout:

“Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!”

In order to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet, The Spirit and The Bride who are Ahnsahnghong and New Jerusalem Mother are calling mankind to give water of life, eternal life in this age.
