Amen. As Jesus showed and kept the Passover for example. We should follow Jesus' example.
This is the example of Jesus Christ, our Savior. Those who believe in God the Son need to follow this. This is to keep the Passover of the New Covenant. According to this example, Apostle Paul and disciples kept it. Even though it was abolished in 325 A.D., it is the teaching of God. Let's keep it till the end!!
2,000 years ago, Jesus Christ kept the Passover. Ans The disciples did this. Today, Only World Mission Society Church of God keep the Passover of the New Covenant. Thanks to Christ Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother to open the kingdom of heaven.
Jesus showed the example to us. Therefore, we can get eternal life if we follow Jesus' example. Like Jesus kept the Passover with his disciples, we have to keep the Passover. That's the way of following Jesus' example!
We should do as Jesus Christ have done for us.
Jesus have set and kept the Passover.
What should we do?
Not only in the Old Testament, but in the New Testament as well, the Passover is by far the most important part of all the synoptic gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) that record the works of Jesus. Most of them are scenes of Jesus preparing and keeping the Passover with his disciples, and the last earnest words of encouragement he leaves before he leaves.
The new covenant Passover is the truth that lead us to the kingdom of heaven. Only those who keep Passover of the new covenant Passover can enter the kingdom of heaven.
Why did Jesus keep the Passover?
According to John 13:15, it is because Jesus has set us an example that we should do as He has done for us.
Jesus kept the Passover, so we should keep the Passover as well. This is the way to have eternal life.
Let's keep the Passover of the new covenant to receive eternal salvation from God.
Jesus showed us every example for our salvation. Therefore, we must keep the New Covenant Passover to be saved just as Jesus did.
If we truly believe in Jesus, we have to follow his teachings. It is clear that keeping the New covenant Passover is will of Jesus. So, we should keep the Passover according to example of Jesus.
2000 years ago, Jesus - who is the Savior in the age of the Son, eagerly desired to eat the Passover! It implies that the Passover is the only way back to Heaven. I give thanks and glory to Elohim God, who opened the way back to Heaven.
Just as Jesus showed us the example to keep the Passover and just as apostles followed the example, let us keep the Passover together!
It's so natural for God's people to follow God's examples! There're many Christians who follow Christ Jesus for the kingdom of heaven. However, many of them do not follow Christ Jesus' examples, clinging to their customs and thoughts.
For example, they do not keep the Passover of the new covenant and some of them have no idea of the Passover in the Bible.
This Passover is the only way to receive eternal salvation. Without keeping this Passover, no one will be saved at all!
The last words he left to the multitude of people looking at Jesus, ‘It is finished’. What has Jesus accomplished? Jesus said that He came to this earth to pay for the sins of many. The word ‘It is finished’ means that all the prophecies of the Old Testament prophets about Jesus were fulfilled, and at the same time, he fulfilled his mission as a sin offering for the forgiveness of mankind’s sins.
The children of God must follow the words of God. Just as Jesus did, we must keep the Passover to receive the forgiveness of sins.
