The Bible contains many mysteries that we must know to be saved. The book God gave us, the Bible, is only one. However, there are many churches in the world and each church insists that their truth is right. What church is interpreting God's word correctly? The Bible says, with human power, we can never interpret the Bible.

Then who can fully reveal all the mysteries to us? Let’s find the answer from now on.

[ Revelation 5:1–4 ] Then I saw in the right hand of him who sat on the throne a scroll with writing on both sides and sealed with seven seals. And I saw a mighty angel proclaiming in a loud voice, “Who is worthy to break the seals and open the scroll?” But no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth could open the scroll or even look inside it. I wept and wept because no one was found who was worthy to open the scroll or look inside.

As the Apostle John saw in his vision that no one could open the scroll, he wept and wept. It’s because no one can be saved if the scroll is not opened. So for the salvation of mankind, the scroll must be opened. Who, then, can open it?

[ Revelation 5:5 ] Then one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals.”

Only Root of David is able to open the seals. The Root of David refers to Jesus. (Revelation 22:16)

It was after Jesus’ ascension that the scroll was sealed as the truths of the new covenant disappeared and man-made rules were prevalent. Therefore, the One who opens the sealed scroll can’t be the 1st Coming Jesus.

[ Revelation 5:6–9 ] Then I saw a Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, standing . . . He came and took the scroll from the right hand of him who sat on the throne . . . "You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slain . . .”

The Root of David who is able to open the scroll is The Lamb who was slain. It means he is Jesus coming after the Crucifixion.

Therefore, the Root of David who is able to open the sealed scroll refers to the 2nd Coming Jesus. No one except the 2nd Coming Jesus can reveal the mysteries of the Bible.

Therefore, we must receive the 2nd Coming Jesus, who is the Root of David, and make efforts to learn His teachings.
