Keep in Shape

To keep in shape, we need to eat healthy food, exercise, and breathe.

Spirtually, to keep in shape, we need to hear the word of God, preach, and pray.

There’s nothing more, but doing the three things, we can always keep in shape; being healthy.

    As we put our effort and time to keep in shape, to eat and exercise, spiritually it is important that we take our time and energy to eat the words of God. Not waiting for someone to feed us.

    Preaching, Praying and Studying the bible continuously are really the best combination of spiritual life.

    to be healthy, we have to excise for our spirit by reading the Bible and by practicing preaching and pray !!
    Then the LORD replied: “Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it ( Hab 2:2)
