The rainbow in my mind, the World Mission Society Church of God

It has been almost 14 years since I was baptized to be the member of the World Mission Society Church of God. Though I don’t really remember how I felt when I first came there,  I remember one thing, that is, bright faces of brothers and sisters and their kindness. They tried to make me feel comfortable so that I can feel at home there.

Since I became one of the members, Although I fought with a couple of people in the previous church, I could never fight or argue with any member in the Church of God as they are so considerate, soft and kind as if someone has taught them to be so.

After attending the Church for a while, I felt that I have to change myself into a person with a beautiful personality like the brothers and sisters next to me. By the grace of God, I have been trying to for 14 years. I think, and I know that I have to try more and more, but I can say for sure that I have changed. Before coming to the Church of God, I was pessimistic and grumpy, especially grumbling about my circumstances a lot. And I was impatient and not confident. But now I often see myself being thankful especially giving thanks for the circumstances I am put in, and I am patient and confident for whatever I do because I know I can do everything in the One who gives me strength.

I give thanks to God for leading me to the Church of God that has made my life much better.
