Spirtually, to keep in shape, we need to hear the word of God, preach, and pray. There’s nothing more, but doing the three things, we can always keep in shape; being healthy.
As we put our effort and time to keep in shape, to eat and exercise, spiritually it is important that we take our time and energy to eat the words of God. Not waiting for someone to feed us.
You are right. The three things are important. These are essential elements.
Preaching, Praying and Studying the bible continuously are really the best combination of spiritual life.
Yes!! These are the way to health!! Even though we cannot realize the existence of our spiritual life, there is!! So we have to prepare!!
to be healthy, we have to excise for our spirit by reading the Bible and by practicing preaching and pray !!
