Enlightenment from the subject “Jesus’ Second Coming and God’s Judgment.”

Second Coming Jesus in WMSCOG

Second Coming Jesus in WMSCOG

2014 has ended and 2015 has begun. The end of a year means the beginning of another year, and it also means that the kingdom of heaven is drawing nearer than it has ever been before. I hope that we will receive much greater blessings, remembering the word of God “Rejoice always in the Lord.”

Last time, I wrote about the “Root of David”. Today I would like to share a fragrance I had received after studying the subject “Jesus’ second coming and God’s Judgment.” in the World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG). To be honest, I could not tell the differences between Jesus’ second coming and God’s Judgment before I had attended the World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG). As most Christians would generalize, I had also assumed that Jesus’ Second Coming meant God’s Judgment Day. However, through the bible study, I was able to see the clear picture of the differences between the two distinct events; Jesus’ Second Coming and God’s Judgment Day differ in their purposes and appearance. Luke 18:8 was the first verse I was shown, and my jaw dropped open.

Luke 18:8 “when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?”

The Son of Man refers to Jesus. The bible says that when Jesus returns, he will not find faith on the Earth. If this is really true, we are all in big trouble; it is a given that no one can be saved without faith in God. I was shocked that no one would have faith when God returns. Then I was shown the reasons why no one would have faith. The Roman Catholic Church changed the laws of the New Covenant one by one: Sabbath, Passover and so on. Instead, they introduced Sunday Worship Service and Christmas that would lead us to worshiping the Sun. It is prophesied as follows in the book of Ezekiel.

Ezekiel 8:15-16 “He said to me, “Do you see this, son of man? You will see things that are even more detestable than this.” He then brought me into the inner court of the house of the Lord, and there at the entrance to the temple, between the portico and the altar, were about twenty-five men. With their backs towards the temple of the Lord and their faces towards the east, they were bowing down to the sun in the east.”

What!! My jaw dropped open again at the prophecy that the churches that should serve God, would actually worship the sun in the east. I was also so overwhelmed at the accuracy of God’s prophecies. The evidence which shows that the churches are keeping Sunday Service and Christmas, and revere the cross in honor of the sun was undeniable. The prophecy in Psalms lets us know this.

Psalm 53:2-6 “God looks down from heaven on the sons of men to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God. Everyone has turned away, they have together become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one. Will the evildoers never learn- those who devour my people as men eat bread and who do not call on God? There they were, overwhelmed with dread, where there was nothing to dread. God scattered the bones of those who attacked you; you put them to shame, for God despised them. Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion! When God restores the fortunes of his people, let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad!”

It was a prophecy that God would appear in Zion to grant salvation, because no one believes in God and not even a single person is righteous. Through the above prophecy, I could realize that the Second Coming Christ must appear in Zion. Then, what is the difference between God’s Coming and Jesus’ second coming? God explained to us the difference between the two. First, God showed us about the day of God’s Judgment.

Isaiah 66:15 “See, the Lord is coming with fire, and his chariots are like a whirlwind; he will bring down his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire. For with fire and with his sword the Lord will execute judgment upon all men, and many will be those slain by the Lord.”

The bible recorded that God would appear in fire on the Day of Judgment, and that was exactly what I had assumed. I was shown one more corresponding verse.

2 Thessalonians 1:7 “and give relief to you who are troubled, and to us as well. This will happen when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven in blazing fire with his powerful angels.”

It is also written here that God would appear in blazing fire and bring about destruction by fire. Then, what will happen at Jesus’ second coming? Jesus prophesied about his second coming in the book of Matthew.

Matthew 24:30 “At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory. And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.”

The bible prophesies that the Second Coming Christ will appear on the clouds. It is also prophesied that he will gather his chosen ones at his second coming. Surely, there is a difference between God’s Judgment and Jesus’ second coming. But I had one question. Why can’t God’s Judgment and Jesus’ second coming take place at the same time? Then, I was reminded of the fact that no one would be saved if God were to come down to this faithless world, and therefore Jesus’ second coming and God’s Judgment should take place at different times.

As I was wondering about the times of God’s Judgment and Jesus’ second coming, I was then shown the truth in the book of Luke.

Luke 21:27 “At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

“When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is DRAWING NEAR” clearly shows that Jesus’ second coming and God’s Judgment do not take place at the same time. So I was able to get rid of my doubts easily. Lastly, I was also shown where the Second Coming Jesus would appear through the prophecy in the book of Micah.

Micah 4:1-2 “In the last days the mountain of the Lord’s temple will be established as chief among the mountains; it will be raised above the hills, and peoples will stream to it. Many nations will come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths. The law will go out from Zion, the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.””

God prophesied that many nations will stream to Zion, because Christ would appear there. It coincides with the prophecy in the book of Psalms. Through this bible study, I could clearly see how God would appear and with what purpose.

This topic came as a great shock to me as it was with the topic “The church established by the Root of David.” There are still many people who look to the clouds without knowing the difference between Jesus’ second coming and God’s Judgment. To be honest, I was one of them.

But, I’m sincerely grateful to Father Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother for opening my spiritual eyes to see the full truth on this matter.
