I can now understand why I MUST seek God.

I  was brought up in a christian community, but I could not see what I had to do with God; eventually I stayed away from all religions during my school years, because

1. I had no faith in my beliefs

2. I felt no connections with invisible God

3. Most of my friends were either agnostic or an atheist.

However, the subject “The secret of forgiveness of sins, and Christ Ahnsahnghong” which I’d studied at the World Mission Society Church of God gave answers to all the questions I had, above. So I decided to take a moment and write about the subject hopefully to enlighten you as well.

The Secret of Forgiveness of Sins, and Christ Ahnsahnghong. It is undeniable that we all go through pain and sufferings on Earth. In order to understand the cause, we need to make a careful study of our soul-our previous life, because our suffering begins from the moment of our birth.

Genesis 2:7 The Lord God made the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

We are made of flesh and spirit. When we die, we go back to where we were.

Ecclesiastes 12:7 and the dust RETURNS to the ground it came from, and the spirit RETURNS to God who gave it.

Here, “To return” means to go back to where you were before. For example, If you travel to Paris from USA, you can say, ‘I will return to USA, my country.” However, if you have never visited Ghana, you can’t say, ‘I will return to Ghana.” In the same way, the bible says that we will return to God who is in heaven. (Matthew 6:9); This proves that we were all, once, in the Kingdom of Heaven where full of joy and happiness exists.

Proverbs 8:22~30 …I was appointed from eternity, from the beginning, before the world began…. Then I was the craftsman at his side. I was filled with delight day after day, rejoicing always in his presence, rejoicing in his whole world and delighting in mankind.”

Job 38:1~4, 21 … “Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation? Tell me, if you understand… Surely you know, for you were already born! You have lived so many years!

Job 38:7 “while the morning stars sang together and all the angels shouted for joy?”

Like Solomon and Job, we, too, were in the kingdom of heaven rejoicing always in God’s presence. Then, why are we here, on Earth? We can find clues to why we are here through the words of Jesus who is from Heaven,

Luke 19:10 For the Son of Man came to seek and to SAVE what was LOST (from heaven).

Matthew 9:13 But go and learn what this means: “I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’ For I have not come to call the righteous, but SINNERS.”

We are the lost who are sinners from heaven. In other words, this Earth is a spiritual prison where all the heavenly sinners are confined to death. (Romans 6:23)

I was a kind of person who likes to willfully let go of any ideas that I do not like, and only take in what I like to hear. However, I realized that willfully ignoring my destiny of death was not going to erase my ugly history of gravely sinning against God in heaven. Let’s think about it. Can prisoners be liberated from death sentence, just because they deny having committed crimes, or claim to have no memory of what they’ve done? This question gave me every reason to seek true God.

I’ve realized that everyone on Earth has gone through spiritual amnesia because of our sins. We all have a deep, complicated and profound history with God before we were born on Earth. Even though we may have no memory of what we did in heaven, God Almighty, still, remembers every single bits of what we did, in great detail. Then, how can we appeal to God for us to receive forgiveness of sins.

Ephesians 1:7 In him we have redemption through HIS BLOOD, the FORGIVENESS of SINS, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace.

Matthew 26:26-28 “While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this(Passover bread) is my body.” Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. This(Passover wine) is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.”

Luke 22:20 “In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup(Passover wine) is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.”

It is through the Passover of the New Covenant that we can receive forgiveness of sins. Also, the Passover is the true sign of God who can redeem us through his blood.

This subject thoroughly answered all my questions, above.

1. Having no faith in my beliefs:

Of course, it was impossible to establish my faith in my previous church, because it was a false church that does not keep the Passover of the New Covenant through which I can receive forgiveness of sins and return to the kingdom of heaven.

2. Feeling no connections with invisible God whom I’d never seen:

If I hit a person and say “Oh, did I just do that?, I did not see it for myself!” it’s not going to cancel away the fact that I had hit the person.

3. What are agnostics or atheists like in the eyes of God?:

One claiming to have no relations with God is like a prisoner on a death row who doesn’t even know how to apologize.

I’ve finally come to the conclusion that agnosticism, atheism or not keeping the Passover is equivalent of willful spiritual ignorance.

Therefore, God is the most pleased when we help people restore their lost memories of heaven and repent before God, because that is the only way that we all together can return to the eternal kingdom of heaven, full of joy and happiness.

Luke 15:7 I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.

I eagerly hope that everyone on Earth will restore his or her lost memories of heaven by believing in Christ Ahnsahnghong, keep the Passover of the New Covenant in the WMSCOG and return to the kingdom of heaven.
