You have prayed in wrong name
I recently tried to reach my friend by calling him. But I could not reach him. I dialed the number several times, but only received a message that there was “No such telephone number.” After several attempts, I remembered that he had moved to another area. I dialed the old area code. But, he had moved to yet another area, I should have dialed the new area code.
Suddenly, a thought crossed my mind: this also applies to the spiritual world. In the time of Jesus, the Jews and the religious leaders only called on Jehovah. They did not notice that the age of the Father had gone and the age of the Son had come. The result was so miserable that they rejected and crucified their Messiah. Unfortunately, the same thing is happening today. Now the age of the Son has gone and the age of the Holy Spirit has come. Therefore, we should know the name of the Holy Spirit in this age. However, most Christians still call on Jesus only.
Can they be saved by calling on Jesus only in this age of the Holy Spirit? Their actions are not different from that of the Jews and the Pharisees who took offense at Jesus two thousand years ago. Just as I could not reach my friend with the old number, so we cannot receive a response with the name Jesus because the age of the Son has gone.
Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. (From now on) Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete. (John 16:24)
This verse clearly shows that each age has its time limitation just as everything has its time (Ecclesiastes 3:1.) Until Jesus spoke those words, they had sought salvation in the name of Jehovah. However, since then, they could not have salvation in the name of Jehovah any longer. They had to pray in the name of Jesus because the age had changed from the age of the Father to the age of the Son. How about today? We should pray in the name of the Holy Spirit since the age has changed from the age of the Son to the age of the Holy Spirit.
The name of the Holy Spirit we should seek in this age
For this reason, Jesus said, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19.) Have you been baptized in the name of the Holy Spirit as well as in the name of the Father and of the Son? Have you ever heard about the name of the Holy Spirit? If you have not, you cannot expect salvation. If you come to the World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG), you can meet Christ Ahnsahnghong who has come as the Holy Spirit according to the prophecies of the Bible. He has fulfilled all prophecies of the Bible regarding the Second Coming Christ including the prophecy of King David and the prophecy of the fig tree. Please refer to this site for more information.
