I’d read the article in a certain book. I could not remember the title of book, but I could remember some chapters of Bible. Sometimes I could be comforted by these words.

I say ” I’m impossible.”
God says “ What is impossible with men is possible with God “( Lk 18:27 )

I say ” I’m exhausted.”
God says ” Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest ” (Mt 11:28 )

I say ” Nobody loves me. ”
God says “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you ” ( Jn 13:34 )

I say ” I worry about everything. ”
God says ” Cast all your anxiety on him because God cares for you ”  ( 1 Pt 5:7 )

I say ” I can not forgive me.”
God says ” If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness ” ( 1 jn 1:9 )
